  3. Step three interview. Before the interview, shortlisted candidates will receive an outline of the commission structure, earning potential and performance-based pathway to ownership. Candidates will be expected to review this information before the interview and come prepared to discuss their understanding of the opportunity, their sales projections and how they believe they can build the business.

  4. Step four detailed business plan with 24 month forecast for progress candidates.
